The Northeast's rotating regional championship, hosted in Philadelphia, PA in 2023.
Amara Osei of PA won in a time of 1:01, with Sam Okafor of NJ taking second in 1:05. Lena Vogel of MD rounded out the podium in third.
Michael Salomone, the nation's top-ranked competitor and the Southeast Regional Open's five-time defending champion, did not enter this regional event.
